Cancellation
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice forfeit the deposit in full.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling with at least 48 hours notice is accommodated where possible — your deposit transfers to the new date.
No-shows
No-shows forfeit the deposit and may result in being declined future bookings.
